TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ABATURION LTD
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) constitute the binding agreement between you and ABATURION LTD (“we”, “us”, “the Company”), incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17358825, with its registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE, governing all purchases made through tradenear.net (the “Platform”). Submitting an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to amend them at any time; the version in force when an order is placed governs that transaction.
A. WHAT THE PLATFORM PROVIDES
(i) The Platform operates as a direct-to-consumer digital retail service for in-game items. All items are sourced exclusively from a single authorised supplier through a live API connection and delivered to buyers via Steam’s official trade offer mechanism.
(ii) The Company acts as merchant of record for every transaction. No third-party users are onboarded as sellers and no peer-to-peer selling functionality is available on the Platform.
(iii) The Company does not create, develop, or claim ownership of any digital items. All intellectual property in game assets remains with the respective rights holders.
B. BUYER ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order you confirm and warrant that you:
(i) Have attained the age of 18 years.
(ii) Hold an active Steam account in good standing, free from any trade ban or restriction imposed by Valve Corporation.
(iii) Are not located in, resident in, or connecting from a jurisdiction enumerated under Section H (Prohibited Jurisdictions).
(iv) Are not listed on any international sanctions register, including those of the UN, EU, US OFAC, or UK OFSI.
(v) Are transacting in your own name and not as agent or representative of any sanctioned or restricted party.
C. PRICING AND ACCEPTED CURRENCIES
Pricing
Prices displayed on the Platform at the time of order submission are fixed for that transaction. Subsequent price movements do not affect confirmed orders. The Company reserves the right to update prices without notice and to correct errors; where a pricing error affects a confirmed order, the buyer will be offered the corrected price or a full refund.
Accepted Currencies
The following currencies are accepted at checkout:
| Currency | Code |
|---|---|
| Australian Dollar | AUD |
| Euro | EUR |
| US Dollar | USD |
| Canadian Dollar | CAD |
| Swiss Franc | CHF |
| Polish Zloty | PLN |
| Hungarian Forint | HUF |
| Danish Krone | DKK |
Currency availability is determined by your location and Platform settings. Refunds are always issued in the currency of the original payment.
D. PAYMENT
(i) Accepted methods: debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as displayed at checkout.
(ii) All payments are processed by our authorised PCI DSS certified payment provider. The Company does not hold or access raw cardholder data at any stage of a transaction.
(iii) Card payments are subject to 3D Secure (3DS) authentication where required by the applicable payment method or card scheme rules. Failed 3DS verification may result in transaction decline.
(iv) Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed in full. Failed or declined payments result in immediate order cancellation.
(v) Transactions flagged as elevated risk may be held pending additional verification; affected buyers will be notified.
E. DELIVERY
Method: Items are delivered via Steam’s official trade offer system. Following payment confirmation, the Company procures the item from its authorised supplier and initiates a trade offer from the Platform’s Steam account to the buyer’s registered Steam account.
Timeframe: Delivery is completed within a maximum of 14 days from payment confirmation. An email is sent when the item is ready to collect on Steam.
Cost: Delivery is provided free of charge on all orders.
Confirmation: Delivery is complete upon the buyer’s acceptance of the Steam trade offer, logged automatically with a timestamp and trade reference ID.
Buyer obligations: The buyer’s Steam account must be active and capable of receiving trade offers at the time of purchase. The Company is not liable for delivery failures caused by trade holds, privacy settings, or other restrictions on the buyer’s account.
Non-delivery: Where delivery remains unconfirmed after 14 days through no fault of the buyer, the buyer may raise a dispute and is eligible for a full refund upon investigation.
F. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Buyer Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before the trade offer has been dispatched. Once sent, cancellation is not possible. Buyers wishing to cancel prior to dispatch should contact info@tradenear.net without delay.
Company Cancellation
The Company may cancel an order before delivery where the item is unavailable, a compliance concern is identified, or the buyer is found to be ineligible. A full refund will be issued in every such case.
Non-Delivery
Where the Company fails to deliver within 14 days for reasons within its control, the buyer receives a full refund. The Company’s liability is capped at the value of the undelivered order.
Non-Payment
Where payment fails or is reversed, the order is cancelled immediately. Suspected chargeback abuse or fraudulent non-payment may result in account suspension.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method in the original currency. Processing timescales depend on the buyer’s card issuer. No refund is payable where delivery has been confirmed via accepted Steam trade offer, save where the item materially differs from its description.
G. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
(i) Buyers experiencing order issues should contact info@tradenear.net as a first step.
(ii) Evidence retained per transaction: admin panel records, transaction invoice, and delivery confirmation email notifying the buyer that the item is available on Steam.
(iii) Where a buyer initiates a chargeback following confirmed delivery, the Company will contest the claim using available evidence. Abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account closure and referral to authorities.
